PAO surgery in young female patient with hip dysplasia

History and Evaluation: This young adult female patient presented with bilateral, activity-related hip pain. Her pain worsened over two years and was beginning to interfere with daily function and sport activities.  She was diagnosed with bilateral acetabular dysplasia. Preoperative x rays show bilateral acetabular dysplasia (shallow sockets).
