37 year old female with PAO after Total Hip Arthroplasty

History and Evaluation: 37 year old female with insidious onset of left sided pain. Pain with sitting and weight bearing. Patient had previously received a total hip arthroplasty on the right side due to avascular necrosis and osteoarthritis.

Hip dysplasia in 37-year-old pre-op

Treatment: PAO for dysplasia and osteochondroplasty of the head/neck junction for head/neck deformity.

Outcome: One year after surgery the patient is pain free and walks without a limp.
